Coderic is the commercial brand under which Coderic SAS and Coderic S.A. market products and services through Company portals: coderic.com, financial.coderic.com, coderic.cloud, and coderic.store. Contracts, billing, and commercial support for these portals are governed by the entities listed above.
Software and intellectual property
Commercial software, Prodaric components, and branded services are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Use of the Coderic name and visual identity in third-party products or services requires prior written authorization at [email protected].
Applicable Law
Disputes involving Coderic S.A. are subject to Venezuelan commercial law. Disputes involving Coderic SAS are subject to Colombian commercial law. For cross-border matters, the parties shall determine the applicable jurisdiction in writing at the time of agreement.
