These terms govern use of Coderic Company portals and commercial services. If something is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

1. Acceptance
By accessing any Coderic Company portal (coderic.com, financial.coderic.com, coderic.cloud, coderic.store), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our portals.
2. Commercial Services
Products, subscriptions, and infrastructure services offered through Company portals are subject to separate commercial agreements, SLAs, or order forms where applicable. These terms apply to general use of the portals unless superseded by a signed contract.
3. Community Standards
Interactions with Coderic staff, partners, and support channels must follow our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension of access to commercial services.
4. Services and Availability
Company portals are provided on an as-is basis unless covered by a specific SLA. Infrastructure services through Coderic Cloud are governed by their own Service Level Agreements, available at coderic.cloud.
5. Intel Property
Commercial software, Prodaric components, documentation, and branded materials remain the property of Coderic SAS, Coderic S.A., or their licensors. Open source components are governed by their respective licenses as indicated in each repository or product notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coderic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its portals or services. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Modifications
Coderic may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on affected portals with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Venezuelan commercial law for users engaging with Coderic S.A., and by Colombian commercial law for users engaging with Coderic SAS. See our Legal Information page for entity details.
